Hmmm.....5 years. 5 years ago a huge blessing came into our lives. The only girl out of 4 kids. Sometimes I wonder how she has become the girly girl she is with 3 brothers; the older two always testing her and trying to "rough" her up. Don't let the princess mentality fool you, she can hold her own when it comes to those boys. She's definitely a tom boy when she needs to be. Now that she is 5 we are zeroing in on starting Kindergarten this next school year. I'm honestly not sure how I'm going to handle it. A part of me is happy that she will be attending school full time, and then a huge part of me says no she's still my baby girl.
As you all already know we held Carter and Kayla's birthday party this past weekend and her actual birthday was on Monday. Every year on their birthday we always take the kids out to eat where ever they want to go. This year though Mark had a late catering and wouldn't be able to go out to dinner as usual. He decided to go in late and take her to breakfast instead. She picked Cracker Barrel. So after the boys were off to school we all got ready and headed out for a special birthday breakfast.
They embarrassed her to death when they all came out and sang Happy Birthday to her and gave her a yummy warm brownie with ice cream.
After breakfast we sadly parted ways with daddy and we headed to Azalea Park in Summerville. It just seemed like the perfect day to take some pictures!

After her brothers got home from school they went out and played on the trampoline and played in the water. I'd say she had a really great day!
